CRYOGENIC CONTROL VALVE

The cryogenic control valve features an extended bonnet and forged valve body structure. The extended bonnetisolatesthecryogenicmediumfromthestemseal,andispairedwithcryogenicallytreated304Lstainlesssteel or nickel-based alloy trim. It achieves flow control through valve plug throttling under operating conditions from -196℃ to -100℃. Its multi-stage pressure-reducing valve cage disperses the vaporization pressure difference of cryogenic media, preventing cavitation damage. The product is equipped with a dual sealing system (metal bellows + PTFE packing) to achieve ANSI Class VI bubble-tight sealing; the extended stem with double-guided design ensures no jamming at low temperatures, while the anti-vibration bracket and streamlined flow path reduce medium flow vibration. It is suitable for scenarios such as discharge regulation at LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) receiving terminals, throttling of liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen in air separation plants, and flow control in low-temperature ethylene cracking units. It resists liquid hydrocarbon erosion and ultra-low temperature embrittlement, has passed -196℃ liquid nitrogen immersion test and fire certification, and meets the requirements for safe and precise control of cryogenic systems in the energy and chemical industry.
