Carbon steel flanges are flanges containing carbon steel raw materials. Depending on the content of various trace elements, they can be divided into A105 raw materials, Q235 raw materials, 16MN raw materials, 20 # raw materials, etc., and according to the production process, they can be divided into casting methods. Blue, cast flange, middle plate rolling and middle plate cutting. The good quality is casting flange, followed by rolling and casting. Because the carbon steel flange itself does not have anti-corrosion function, the primary anti-corrosion treatment is oiling, painting and galvanizing.

The size of the blank shape of the cast flange, the processing volume is small, and the cost is low, but the cast flange has pores, cracks and impurities, and the internal arrangement of the casting is poor. The advantage is that it can have a more complex shape, and the production cost is low.

The cast flange has lower carbon content than the cast flange, so it is not easy to rust, and it is densely arranged. The acceptable shear force and tensile force are better than the cast flange, and the mechanical properties are better.

The cast flange and cast flange are not distinguishable from the appearance only. There are several methods for our reference. First, it is cheaper than the price, the flanges on the market, the casting is cheaper, and the second is the higher price of pure forging.
