For stainless steel flanges, I believe we should all not feel strange, in fact, stainless steel flanges have many processing methods, most of which belong to the scope of mechanical processing, commonly used methods are stamping, forging, rolling, expansion, stretching, bending, composite processing and so on.

Rolling method: The outer circumference of the core check valve is pressed into the pipeline with a roller for rim processing;

Rolling method: generally no mandrel, suitable for the inner edge of thick wall pipe;

Expansion method: Put the rubber into the hose, compress the upper part with a press, and then extrude the hose to form. Another method is hydraulic expansion molding, in which the central part of the hose is filled with liquid, and the hose expands into the desired shape under the pressure of the liquid, this method is usually used to produce stainless steel flanges;

Forging method: The end or part of the pipe is extruded into an electric butterfly valve with a die forging machine to reduce the outside diameter. The commonly used die forging machines are rotary, connecting rod and roller type;

Stainless steel flange is a versatile flange due to its superior performance. It is far better than ordinary flanges in terms of service life and corrosion resistance. These are some of the contents of stainless steel flanges. I hope these contents can help you better understand stainless steel flanges.
