When rubber shock absorber is used for vibration absorption installation of vertical pump unit, steel frame should be installed under the base of pump unit and anchor installation should be adopted. The steel frame and rubber shock absorbers shall be bolted (spring washers added). Anchor bolts are installed on the ground or floor, and rubber shock absorbers are secured to the ground or floor through the anchor bolts.
The edge of the rubber cushion shall not exceed the edge of the inert block; The bearing area of the steel frame shall not be less than the bearing area at the top of the damping element. When the frequency ratio can not meet the requirements, multi-layer series arrangement can be adopted, but the number of layers of the shock pad should not exceed five layers. The type, number, area and rubber hardness of each layer of rubber vibration isolation pad arranged in series should be completely consistent with the application of adhesive bonding between the pad and the steel plate. The plane size of the galvanized steel plate should be 10 mm larger than the two ends of the rubber shock pad. The rubber shock absorbers bonded to the upper and lower layers of the galvanized steel plate should be staggered in the construction and installation, should be checked in time, and the installation should make the static compression deformation of the damping element not exceed the allowable value.
