There are two forging processes for butt welded flanges with necks:
1: Die forging; that is, the steel material is heated to 1200C in a heating furnace, and then placed in a mold of corresponding specifications for forging. 2"-10"(DN50-DN250) needs to punch the inner hole with a special punch.
Two: Free forging. The raw material is heated to 1200C in the heating furnace, and then the square material is forged into a round cake shape, punched, and the punched raw material is expanded to the required size with special equipment (roller and horse frame). Suitable for specifications above (DN300-DN3000).
